👋🏽 Hey there, I'm Cait Haugen! If you're new or have been with me for a while, it's so nice have you!
I have been in the mortgage industry for 3 years. I started as a processor (the person handling all the documents) and took over as a broker at the end of last year.
Before I was in the mortgage industry I was a fitness and health coach. I've always had a career in which I'm supporting people achieve their goals. I absolutely love getting people to the finish line!
I have two little girls (almost 4 and 2) and a 4 year old boxer with my husband .
My favorite candy is Reese's Peanut Butter Cups and I'm obsessed with owls.
My favorite kind of buyers are first timers. It's such an exciting time in your life, and it's really important to me that you go into your first home purchase with confidence and knowledge of the process.
My goal as your broker is to provide you with more than a pre-approval. I want to be your advisor, educator and to help make sure that what can be a stressful process is as smooth as possible with as many laughs as we can manage!
