This week, we relaunched Community Keys Plus Impact. So, what does that mean for prospective homebuyers?

This program offers up to $25,000 in down payment and closing cost assistance to help families afford to buy their own home in Hennepin, Ramsey, Washington, Dakota, or Anoka County. If you:

- Have an annual household income of $105,200 or below,
- Won't own another property at the time of closing,
- Or plan to occupy the property as your primary residence for the life of the loan,

You might be eligible for these funds.

The panel, titled "Unlocking Housing Access: Bold Solutions for a Fair & Affordable Future," brought together community development leaders from Washington, Minnesota, and New Jersey to highlight recent historic wins in state legislatures and discuss how these advances can help the next generation of homebuyers achieve homeownership and build lasting wealth.
