I am grateful for the trust my clients place in me, and I make sure they are informed and understand all of their options. I like talking with and getting to know my clients. I enjoy the challenge of tackling unique lending situations and saving loans close to being denied by another lender. I’m readily available—including in the evenings and on weekends—and can be flexible to meet demanding closing dates. My clients know they can count on me, which has resulted in lifelong relationships. I have closed home loans for more than 5,800 individuals and families, totaling more than $1.8 billion. One reason I love working at USA Mortgage is that, as a direct lender, all decisions and actions related to processing, underwriting, and funding loans are made locally. My team and I know this market. We all live and have purchased homes here, too!
