Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and licensed Property and Casualty Insurance Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a valid Pennsylvania Property and Casualty license and a passion for helping clients find the right insurance solutions.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service.
• Assess client insurance needs and recommend appropriate State Farm products.
• Write new policies and manage renewals for personal and commercial lines.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to agency growth.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and regulations.
• Handle policy changes, claims assistance, and other client inquiries efficiently.

Requirements:
• Valid Pennsylvania Property and Casualty insurance license.
• Proven sales experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient with basic computer applications.
