Due to the COVID-19 virus and the safety of our staff, effective March 20, 2019 our office will be closed to the public. Our office is staffed and available to service your insurance needs by telephone or email during the hours of 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. Our office number is (419) 394-3361

If you needing service after our normal business hours. Nationwide’s customer service is available 24 – 7 by calling (877) 262- 0247.

If your needing to make a payment, please utilize our drop box located on the West door. If you are making a cash payment, please have the correct change. We will mail you out a receipt for your records.

We will make every effort to make this temporary change as smooth as possible. Thank you for your understanding!
