5.0 star review received on Experience.com for Tammy Wagner by Michele J - “I'm not sure if Tammy mentioned Impact Lending, but she truly lives up to the name! She was incredibly impactful throughout this entire process! While I don’t currently have anyone to refer to Tammy, I absolutely will in the future. Tammy worked with these buyers for several years, and her relentless dedication, persistence, and commitment never wavered. Her communication was excellent, and her drive to help these buyers achieve homeownership was evident every step of the way. I highly recommend Tammy to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, hardworking, and caring loan officer.”

5.0 star review received on Experience.com for Tammy Wagner by Jenna B - Working with Tammy is what defined my experience. Tammy was patient with all our questions and lack of knowledge in the process. I really felt that Tammy cared about what was best for us which could be seen in the work she did. Not once throughout the process did we feel unsupported or out of the loop.
