Good to be at the closing table… this time for us. 🙌🏾🏡

Eighteen months ago, we bought a property- we had a vision. We completed a full rehab, got it rent stabilized, and just closed on a cash-out refinance.

We knew we added value along the way, but we were still blown away when the appraisal came back at nearly 3x what we purchased it for.

A reminder that patience, strategy, and hard work really do add up over time. Grateful today. 🔥

Our real estate journey started eight years ago with finding and renovating our first home. From there came fix-and-flips — and eventually building a portfolio of rental properties, along with owning our lake resort.

Along the way, we’ve mentored new investors here in Minnesota, sharing lessons and strategies shaped by experience.

Over time, friends and neighbors began asking for guidance. Conversations about value, design decisions, and long-term plans became something more.

Becoming licensed felt like the natural next step.

We do not let the dents or dirt add up! 🤓Our cleaning team lead and handyman do a fabulous job!
