Heidi is a St. Joseph native and Lafayette High School graduate, and we’re excited to have her bring her 21 years of insurance experience with American Family to our team!

When she’s not helping clients, Heidi enjoys spending time with her daughter and her two dogs. She also loves getting creative with crafts, tackling home improvement projects, and enjoying a good video game.

📢WE’RE HIRING‼️

John Joe Insurance Agency is looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Administrative Assistant / Customer Service Representative to join our team!

This position includes assisting clients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, processing paperwork, supporting our brokers, helping keep our office running smoothly, and assisting with basic bookkeeping and accounting tasks using QuickBooks.

We’re looking for someone with strong customer service and communication skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude. Previous office or customer service experience is preferred, but insurance experience is not required, we’ll train the right person!

Please help us give a BIG welcome to our newest team member, Kayla Moline!

A 2026 graduate of Northwest Missouri State University and former golf team member, she’s bringing teamwork, determination, and a positive attitude to our office! Originally from Iowa, she loves the outdoors, meeting new people, and is excited to dive into the world of insurance.

You’ll primarily find her in our Maryville office learning the ropes, assisting the team, and getting to know our amazing clients. We’re excited to watch her grow and are so happy to have her on board! 💚
