Today, we’re celebrating the guy who keeps us all on our toes! We’re so thankful for Todd’s leadership, dedication, and the passion he has for our team, our clients, and our community.

Todd leads by example, always encouraging us to grow, take on new challenges, and find ways to make a difference. We’re lucky to have a boss who truly cares about the people around him and the community we call home!

It was also a great day to celebrate receiving an award from Second Harvest Community Food Bank's Food Fight and supporting Coffee for a Cure at The Human Bean! ☕💕

If you’re one of our Medicare clients, this is also a great time to bring in your printed prescription drug list from your pharmacy or doctor’s office so we have it ready for your annual review.

🍎🥫 WE’RE JOINING THE SECOND HARVEST FOOD FIGHT! 🥊

From September 1–30, we’re helping Second Harvest Community Food Bank fight hunger and support our neighbors throughout Northwest Missouri and Northeast Kansas.

We’re collecting nonperishable food donations at both of our offices! If you’re able to help, consider donating items like:

🥫 Canned proteins
🍝 Pasta & rice
🥕 Canned fruits & vegetables
🥣 Cereal, oatmeal & granola bars
🥜 Peanut butter & jelly
🍲 Canned soups & stews

Heidi is a St. Joseph native and Lafayette High School graduate, and we’re excited to have her bring her 21 years of insurance experience with American Family to our team!

When she’s not helping clients, Heidi enjoys spending time with her daughter and her two dogs. She also loves getting creative with crafts, tackling home improvement projects, and enjoying a good video game.

Please help us give a BIG welcome to our newest team member, Kayla Moline!

A 2026 graduate of Northwest Missouri State University and former golf team member, she’s bringing teamwork, determination, and a positive attitude to our office! Originally from Iowa, she loves the outdoors, meeting new people, and is excited to dive into the world of insurance.

You’ll primarily find her in our Maryville office learning the ropes, assisting the team, and getting to know our amazing clients. We’re excited to watch her grow and are so happy to have her on board! 💚
