17 years in this industry and I'm just now putting my lessons on the internet.
My team has been telling me to do this for a while. I kept saying "I'm busy."
They were right. I was procrastinating. 😅
Anyway… swipe through. These 3 things didn't come from a book or a conference. They came from real situations, real mistakes, and a few moments where I had to look myself in the mirror and get it together.
Built a team. Grew an agency. Watched people I poured into go build their own thing.
None of that happened by accident. It happened because of these three.
