It’s Money Monday!

Once upon a time I helped with a stewardship ministry at church. We met on Monday evenings…hence the term “Money Monday.” 🤷‍♀️😉People would share their stories each week and the term “Testimoney” was born. 🤓

Sometimes I have to find some humor when I’m talking about serious subjects. 🤦‍♀️

It’s always an honor to be asked to share with a group. Kristen Dilley, realtor extraordinaire with Pathway Realty, has invited me to share the topic of “Estate Planning” after you purchase a home.

When I meet with new clients, a common request is to “organize” their estate for themselves & their family.

Well, you’ve come to the right person! I’m wired to organize & provide order. 💡🎉

Again, it’s just a dream if the outcome doesn’t benefit you.

That’s why I provide each of my clients a “BINDER.”

Whats so special about this binder? Honestly, not much.
Unless it’s your ESTATE BINDER.

Then it’s like a treasure because it has each item within your estate, clearly labeled.
You know what’s in it.
And so does your Executor/Trustee or trusted family member.

The scavenger hunt is over, it’s in the BINDER!

I frequently meet people who tell me the plans they’d like for their estate.

When I ask if they have worked with an attorney to create their ESTATE PLANNING documents, 9/10 times their response is “no.”

HOPE is not an estate plan.

If you don’t have a plan, guess what? The state and federal government have a plan.

I bet you won’t like that plan.
