Allow me to introduce you to our Paraplanner, Zach Dudley!

Zach started with us in the summer of 2025 after previously working as an educator. At Nold Bryant, he helps out behind the scenes updating information on financial plans, helping to enter tax returns, and coordinating with the firm's financial advisors on a variety of other tasks.

When he's not at work, Zach enjoys reading, hiking, biking, and spending time with his family. He and his wife Lauren are active foster parents with a newborn baby in their care right now. Helping others is a big part of who Zach is, at work and at home.

Two fun facts about Zach: 1. He and Lauren have a goal of eventually visiting every national park and every Missouri state park. 2. He's a trivia enthusiast and has taken the test to be a contestant on Jeopardy.

While we celebrated Austin's 40th yesterday, we also said goodbye to our good friend Laura on her last day at Nold Bryant. Laura has been such a wonderful advisor and advocate for her clients over the last few years, and she will be greatly missed! Please help us wish her well.

This is the letter that we shared prior to her departure:

Friends and clients,

After much deliberation, I have decided to step away from financial planning to be at home with my kids, with my last day at Nold Bryant set for May 21, 2026. This decision comes with a mix of gratitude, reflection, and appreciation for a career that has meant a great deal to me.

I began advising clients in 2008, and over the years I've had the privilege of working with many wonderful mentors, coworkers, clients, and friends. I have always valued and honored the trust clients place in their advisor and the opportunity to walk alongside them through life's many events and transitions. My years at Nold Bryant have been the most meaningful and impactful of my career, and I sincerely believe this firm provides the highest level of financial planning in the region. The depth of expertise, integrity, and genuine care for clients here are truly exceptional. It is because of that strength and the people behind it that I feel so confident in this decision and in the continued care clients will receive.

This next step for my own family is, in many ways, a reflection of the kind of planning I've always encouraged. Every client's goals are different, but the process of identifying what matters most and building a plan around it is what makes this work so rewarding. Over time, thoughtful financial planning can create confidence, security, and freedom to make meaningful life choices. My hope is that you continue to approach your financial planning with intention, dreaming a little bigger and using your advisory team's tools and guidance to help you get there.

I am so grateful for having been part of the Nold Bryant family. It has been one of the most wonderful privileges of my life.

Nursing students spend years learning how to care for others, but personal financial education is often overlooked. We’re grateful for the opportunity to partner with Missouri Western State University to help future nurses build confidence in their financial lives, and we’re honored to see this collaboration highlighted in a published article discussing the importance of financial literacy in nursing education.

Let us introduce you to our wonderful Wealth Planner, Hunter Rich! Hunter has been with Nold Bryant since 2023 and prior to that, had a career in banking. Hunter enjoys working with a variety of clients to help them achieve their financial goals. He was recently named a 2026 NextGen Advisor of the Year, an award recognizing an advisor in their first three years who demonstrates standout client impact, professionalism, and dedication to the future of financial planning. We’re so proud of him!

A fun fact about Hunter is that he's a chess national champion! In high school, when other kids were traveling for sports tournaments, Hunter was traveling the country playing chess.

In his free time these days, Hunter likes smoking meats, camping, hiking, and spending time with his family – his wife Goldie, and their two little boys Malaki and Tucker (plus a new baby girl on the way). If you’ve never met Hunter, stop in and say hello! 😃
