We’re happy to announce that Werner Christmas Wonderland has partnered with American Community Bank, Centier Bank, and Old National Bank as drop-off locations for our annual Christmas Toy Drive, benefiting Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Northwest Indiana!

We will be announcing our additional business partners and confirmed drop-off locations in upcoming posts, so be sure to follow our page for updates!

We are incredibly excited to partner with these local businesses and are so thankful for their willingness to help us make Christmas brighter for children in our community.

Every year, our toy drive helps provide Christmas gifts for 500+ children through the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Northwest Indiana. Any toys remaining after our distribution are donated back into the local community to help even more children and families.

We are truly blessed by the incredible generosity of our community year after year. Because of your support, we’re able to continue growing this effort and reaching even more kids who deserve a little extra Christmas magic.

Together, we can make Christmas brighter for hundreds of children right here in Northwest Indiana.

Michael Mellon, American Community Bank President and CEO, has received the Sagamore of the Wabash Award from the Governor of the state of Indiana, Mike Braun. It is a tremendous honor and well deserved.

Gov. Mike Braun personally presented the prestigious award to Michael Mellon at Gamba Ristorante in Merillville for the bank president's many years of service to the state.

The American Community Bank Hammond branch has now re-opened! Repairs will be ongoing, but the branch is now open for business and ready to serve you during all normal business hours. We thank you for your patience and understanding during this time.

The American Community Bank Hammond Branch and ATM are temporarily closed due to damage from an auto accident. In the meantime, Hammond customers can utilize our Munster location at 8230 Hohman Avenue, Munster, IN 46321. Their phone number is (219) 836-5870. Munster is just 4-5 miles south on Hohman just before Ridge Road. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience and understanding. We will provide updates as they become available.

Thank you to everyone who participated in the American Community Bank Food Drive in January. Through the generosity of our customers and employees, we were able to donate over 400 pounds of food to the Food Bank of NWI! Thank you to everyone!
