Father's Day has been celebrated in the United States for more than 100 years. The holiday traces its roots to 1910, when Sonora Smart Dodd of Washington state sought to honor her father, a Civil War veteran who raised six children as a single parent.

Today, Father's Day is an opportunity to recognize the dads, grandpas, stepdads, father figures, and mentors who help guide, support, and encourage us throughout our lives.

To all who are celebrating today, we wish you a wonderful Father's Day filled with family, laughter, meaningful moments, and a few corny dad jokes! 💙
