I just locked in a client at a much better rate than the home he closed on less than a year ago! 1% lower as a matter of fact! 😜 If you’ve bought a house in the last two years, text me right away. We’ve seen great rate decreases in the last few days and they may drop a little more. Might wanna jump on this quick!
