When the market moves… IT MOVES!

Stats are in and the shift is in full force!

Inventory has now nearly tripled since March (back to around our historic average) and total sales dropped lower than it’s been since i started tracking. This has brought opportunities for buyers as pricing has come down a bit, and I believe we will continue to trend that way. August pendings have actually started out stronger than I saw last month, but I anticipate total sales to be similar to July or lower. I believe this will continue to stay this way for the foreseeable future. Interesting times ahead for sure!
