Today is St. Cloud Mortgage, Inc.’s 8th birthday!!! In light of that, we would like to thank the Minnesota community for your support by giving back to you during this time of uncertainty and uncontrollable change. With layoffs caused by this virus epidemic, we want to pay the month of May’s mortgage payment for a person or family in need. The only qualifications are you have to be a home owner with a mortgage payment due in the month of May and have been laid off or have a 50% decrease in income caused by the virus epidemic. I just added plagues and viruses to our disaster recovery policy at work... we all have the ability to work remotely and online, so there is no down time. We do feel that this current event will cause rates to hit lows over the next 60 days... when this happens it may be only for short periods of time... it would be a good idea to get your paystubs, w-2s, tax returns, and 60 days of bank statements ready... and over to your loan officers so when those days come you can lock in... what we saw last week was a couple day window, let’s not miss the next window of saving you 10s of thousands of dollars in interest. If you have this over it is easy for us to lock you in with just a phone call... the real question... lower monthly payments or debt free sooner keeping payments the same... call me with questions...
