In this role, Scott will focus on asset management for the portfolio properties owned by the firm and contribute to sourcing new investment opportunities for both the organization and its clients.

Prior to joining GC Real Estate Partners, Scott spent a decade at New York–based AIG Global Real Estate (NYSE: AIG) until the company’s affordable housing portfolio was sold to Blackstone (NYSE: BX) in 2021. He continued his Vice President leadership role with Blackstone’s portfolio company, April Housing, overseeing national portfolios, long term capital planning, and key relationships with lenders, state agencies, and third-party operators.
