Happy Friday my friends! This is your quarterly "I didn't know you did that" avoidance post.

Happy Monday my friends!

I worked a baby expo a couple weekends ago and I have learned one thing since calling folks back that I met that day:

There are a TON of people with young kids with no life insurance or they have a small amount through work that won't get the surviving spouse by for more than a year or two.

If this is you lets get that taken care of. Depending on your health/needs I can get this taken care of starting at like $9/month without a physical exam in many cases.

Interesting article for those of you nearing retirement.

There is getting to be more evidence that adding annuities to your retirement portfolio will produce more income while decreasing risk.

Folks if you bought an IUL in the last several years it would be worth your time to spend 15 minutes on the phone with me. Over 90% of the policies that I see are set up terrible, and are costing you THOUSANDS of dollars over the life of the contract.

Policy reviews are complimentary, and if you happen to be in the 10% of policies that are done right I will tell you so and send you on your way. If your policy is garbage, I can likely get you in to something that will perform much better.

Rant over! people getting ripped off irritates me.

Buy yourself a roof rake before you need it. Ice dams are a huge pain and this will help prevent them.

Business owners!

If you are coming up on three years in business it’s time to get your policies reviewed.

Many companies stay away from new ventures, and once you hit the three year mark you can likely get more companies to fight for your business.
