Current Medicare clients will receive an email, text or letter with a survey you need to complete to help us, help you. The email/text is from: [email protected]. This is truly from us and is legit. Please check your Spam or Junk file as your system may have flagged it.
The open enrollment period for Medicare is Oct 15-Dec 7, 2026 for a Jan 1, 2027 effective date. Please note, there are extensions called Special Enrollment Periods (SEP) for those eligible. Please read mail received carefully and retain the correspondence as we may need to review with you during our review.
For persons under 65 and not on Medicare, the open enrollment period is Nov 1-Dec 15 for a Jan effective date. If you apply Dec 16-Jan 15, coverage will be for a Feb effective date.
Please note: MNsure has a new system they rolled out recently. Please respond to their requests for information in your portals. Failure to reply could result in removal of tax credits, or plan termination.
