My 3 favorite words- cleared to close!!!

This one is a little more special as I was able to get an existing double-wide mobile home (with missing HUD plates) cleared to close in 23 days on a FHA loan with 616 credit scores!!!

The seller found out they needed to have emergency surgery and we were also able to move up the closing date to this Friday!!!

Cleared to close on a Mobile home in Florida in less than 30 days on a VA loan?

Say what?

This client went under contract on a brand new mobile home in NE Florida on Jan 30th using a VA loan and I was able to get the loan cleared for closing today - 27 calendar days later!!!

There was a TON of paperwork to get through but with the help of my amazing Realtor partner, we got it done!

My three favorite words this morning.....and it's not Black Friday Sales.....

"Cleared for closing" on this Florida purchase for these first time buyers closing on 12/12

These FHA clients were told by numerous lenders their 640 credit score would mean that FHA rates were 6.5% or higher but not with The OKavage Group!!!

I was able to lock these clients into a 30 year fixed mortgage at 5.625% and their Realtor was able to negotiate a seller concession that allowed us to buy down the rate to 5.375%/6.085% APR.

They were also able to increase their purchase price from the high 200s to the $325k price point AND they had a lower monthly payment than those lenders quoting 6.5% or higher!!!

Closing time! PA cash out refinance

This client contacted me to discuss refinancing all THREE of their mortgages (1st mortgage and two home equity loans) into one mortgage as well as to take some cash out to remodel their kitchen.

I was able to get their loan closed in less than 30 days, even when it took their current lender over 10 business days to get us payoffs!!!

#1- SC purchase, VA loan- local lender said "no way can Dan close on that rate"....not only did I close on that rate but I also waived the application fees/underwriting fees and processing fees! Love my Vets Best program!
