If you are on a Medicare advantage plan you need to be aware there are significant changes coming in your plan and your real cost out of pocket due to the inflation reduction act. This year you should review your plan with a licensed broker preferably local there is no charge for their services. If you live anywhere in Colorado, I am available to meet in person or by telephone to review your plan options. I represent 10 of the 11 carriers in our area. For those on a supplemental plan with a standalone drug plan you need to review your drug plan this year as well. I also help people with standalone drug plans as well. Companies will be looking for ways to offset the cost of the drug cap, says author Philip Moeller, so look for other changes in Part D plans.
