$60 million in financing. More than 125 planned residences. One major coastal development moving into its next phase.

DLP Capital has closed a $60 million vertical construction loan with Falcone Group and M Group Companies for Phase I of Margaritaville Vacation Residences in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.

Phase I is expected to deliver more than 125 one-, two-, and three-bedroom condominium residences, along with amenities including a modern clubhouse, restaurant and performance stage, fitness center, resort-style pool, splash pad, and poolside cabanas.

This transaction reflects the continued evolution of DLP Capital’s lending platform: combining real estate expertise, strong sponsor relationships, and tailored financing solutions to help complex projects move forward.
