Happy Positive Friday everyone!! Please welcome James Guzman to LGI 🏆

James is a native of St. Augustine and is very familiar with St. Johns County’s transformations over the last 25+ years. He earned his BA in Communications from the University of Central Florida and loves cheering for his alma mater; Go Knights, Charge On! For the last 13 years James has also been the radio play-by-play announcer for St. Augustine High School Football and has hosted several different talk shows on local sports radio as well.
James brings nearly 20 years customer service experience, establishing authentic connections with his consumers needs. He currently lives in St. Augustine Beach with his wife Chelsea and his two children Wyatt and Willow.
