Need a copy of your auto ID card? Skip the phone call — you can request it in minutes through our client portal. Here's how:

1️⃣ Head to kinneyins.com and click the Client Portal tab at the top of the page. It'll redirect you to the Glovebox login.

2️⃣ Enter your email and use the 6-digit code sent to your inbox. That's it — you're in!

3️⃣ Click the My Policies tab on the left to view all your policy details in one place.

4️⃣ Click Documents → Request a Document → Confirm your info → Select "ID Card" from the dropdown → Submit.

You'll get a confirmation right away, and our team will send your auto ID card to your email.

Easy, fast, and no hold music required. 🎉

Did you know you can add or remove a vehicle on your policy without ever picking up the phone? 🚗

Our Client Portal makes it simple. Here's how to do it in just a few steps:

✅ Step 1 — Head to our website (or use the link in our bio) and log in with your email. No password needed — we'll send you a 6-digit code to get in.

✅ Step 2 — Navigate to the "PolicyAssist" tab in the left-hand toolbar.

✅ Step 3 — Click the Vehicles icon to add or remove a vehicle from your policy.

✅ Step 4 — Fill in the required info, hit Submit, and you're done. You'll get an email confirmation, and a member of our team will process the change.

That's it. No hold music, just a quick, easy request from wherever you are.
