Last week, the staff of 1st State Bank had all hands on deck to give back to the community and make a difference! We had the privilege of partnering with Saginaw Basin Land Conservancy and Boy's and Girls Club of the Great Lakes Bay Region.

At the Saginaw Basin Land Conservancy Discovery Preserve our team worked on nature playground improvements, replaced boardwalk decking and curb boards, removed invasive species, and repaired cracks along the preserve's asphalt paths.

At The Boys and Girls Club of the Great Lakes Bay Region volunteers refreshed bathroom paint, cleaned and organized the kitchen, and completed parking lot and entrance painting improvements.

Service is a core part of who we are, and we're proud to invest our time and talents in organizations that help make the Great Lakes Bay Region a better place to live, work, and grow.

A special thank you to Governor's Quarters for their hospitality following our day of service and for providing a delicious lunch for our team!
