I intended to post once a week with an update on our latest renovation. That didn't happen. But for the past nine months an awesome team of independent contractors have been transforming a ranch on three acres on Midland Road into an absolutely beautiful modern stunning party ready home. We will be ready to list in two weeks.

Update y'all: the beautiful house on Thistle with the turquoise front door sold on Wednesday. The house on Gloucester is getting its exterior face lift!! I love the color, it is way prettier then the orange brick. Next week the new driveway will be put in.

We are in the final finishing day of our rehab at 6171 Thistle in Saginaw Township. Crossing things off the punch list. Look for our listing the beginning of next werk!!!

So busy working on two rehabs. One on Thistle and one on East Gloucester. The premo landscapers are cleaning up the yard and took out a mammoth stump!!! While inside the gorgeous hardwood floors received their final coat.

I love the lights for the dining room and for over the island in the two story home we are renovating on Wilson Dr in Midland. The backsplash is being installed today. More pictures to come!!

We are now working on our 20th house and our first in Midland. While the new cabinets are being installed in the kitchen and the walls painted, we went down to Wixom to pick out the slab of granite for the countertops. All so pretty!!!
