Dear Realtors/Friends,
There is a lot of negative info out there being posted.
Deep breath, take a step back and please realize it is going to be okay with these crazy changes. There are a lot of unknowns. The dust needs to settle. Things will be different but different does not equal better or worse.
There will be growth opportunities for those who can pivot and shift the quickest. There will be causalities. Most impacted will be those who resist change and fight for things to go back to what they were.
We know this because we lived it. This was our 2010 -
2015. We persevered during the enactment of Dodd-Frank.
The first change was in the form of licensing and registration. Then they came for our wallets via LO Comp rules. That was followed by TRID. We had our casualties but we had more who thrived. Most importantly, we found a way.
We push boundaries. We made mistakes.
We learned as we grew.
Finally, we are here for you. We want to work with you on coming up with solutions. We are on the same team. Invite us in. Two heads are better than one and one of these heads has experiences to share and pull from.
