Team One Credit Union was originally organized by a group of 15 teachers as Saginaw Teachers Club Credit Union in 1935. Formed to fill a need as a place where teachers could receive financial assistance at reasonable rates, the purpose of this credit union was, and is, to encourage savings among our members.

✨Please Join Us in Welcoming Alison Lutren to Team One Credit Union!✨

We are excited to welcome Alison as our new Assistant Vice President of Accounting.

Alison brings twelve years of credit union accounting experience to her new role, most recently serving as an Assistant Controller.

A proud Northwood University alumna, she holds both undergraduate and graduate degrees and has developed a strong passion for leadership, mentorship, and embracing opportunities that inspire growth and innovation.

Outside of the office - she enjoys hiking, spending time outdoors with her family and pets, boating on Higgins Lake, hosting family and friends, and curling up with a good book!

Everyone deserves a place to call home.

✨🏡✨

Team One was proud to sponsor the Shelter of Flint annual - A Home of Their Own luncheon, supporting the important work they do to help individuals and families move from homelessness toward stable housing.

The event brought our community together to hear firsthand from Shelter of Flint clients, learn more about the organization’s impact, and celebrate the lives being changed through stable housing and supportive services.

Team One was represented by Jim Buick, Kim Scofield, Dave Zavatsky, who also serves as Treasurer of Shelter of Flint’s Board of Directors, and Toyia Turner.

We’re grateful for organizations like Shelter of Flint and for the employees who give their time and talents to support the communities we serve!
