Team One Credit Union was originally organized by a group of 15 teachers as Saginaw Teachers Club Credit Union in 1935. Formed to fill a need as a place where teachers could receive financial assistance at reasonable rates, the purpose of this credit union was, and is, to encourage savings among our members.

💰Watch for Gold Courier Scams💰

Fraudsters are impersonating government agencies, financial institutions, or tech support and pressuring individuals to buy gold or withdraw large amounts of cash. A courier is then sent to collect the funds for “safekeeping.”

What’s really happening?

These requests are part of a scam intended to steal money or valuables. In most cases, lost funds cannot be recovered.

No legitimate organization will ask you to hand over cash, gold, or other precious metals for “protection.” If this happens, stop communication immediately and contact our Fraud Department using the number listed on our website.

🚨 Fraud Alert: Call Forwarding Scams 🚨

Scammers posing as financial institution representatives may ask you to dial codes like *72 or *21 followed by a phone number, claiming it will protect your account from fraud.

This can put your account at risk.

• Your incoming calls will be redirected to the scammer
• Authentication codes will go to the scammer instead of you
• Fraudsters can use verification calls to reset passwords and access your accounts

If you receive a call like this, hang up and contact us directly using the phone number listed on the back of your card or on our official website.

Call forwarding codes vary by carrier. Research the codes associated with your service and contact your provider to learn whether call forwarding can be disabled or restricted on your account.
