REALTORS! It’s getting busy out there! Clients want to move for multiple reasons.

I’ve been saying this for months…. And now it’s happening. Fed Stated earlier this month they’ll be dropping rates multiple times in 2024.

1. If you’re loooking to buy, rates are in a great environment to do so at this moment and you can possibly streamline refi later in the year if and when they drop again. No one knows where’s the bottom is going to be. But having a lender monitoring it for you daily is the key 🔑😉😉😉

2. Looking to refi??? Is your Rate above 6%? I’m sure you’re asking “when’s the right time?” No one wants to refi twice or even 3 times? That’s expensive to your own pocket…. Need guidance? Need someone to help you know when the right time will be? I’m him 💪🏻👌🏽🔥🔥🔥

Another great closing for October 🏡, doing what we do best! A few weeks ago, a good friend of mine called and referred me to a client that was being declined due to Big bank guidelines, crazy part is they were putting 50% down and they still denied it.

Who you work with matters, and when it comes to the largest purchase of your life, it’s key to be sure that what you’re asking for can be met by your lender.
