I had previously been working with a different lender company and rep and was beginning to despair the affordability and the process of purchasing a home. Cassidy took the reigns, reviewed my file and found paths and options that lender didn't even try to find. On top of that, she remained supportive on every step, patiently answering my many questions and making sure I understood each step as we moved forward. Her bright personality and friendly smile through the phone gave me the courage to go forward and her excellent advise and help made this dream come true.
