West 1 Equity is funded by a limited number of private investors. We offer our investors a generous rate of return typically between 8% to 12%. We ensure that you have complete transparency at all times. No games. No gimmicks. No nonsense.
Our investment properties are purchased substantially under market value due to the property being economically, structurally, and/or physically distressed. The discount on our acquisitions is significant and thus we can offer a generous rate of return.
Our focus is residential redevelopment with single family residences, multi-unit property (1 – 4 units), commercial residential (e.g., 5+ units) and in certain instances residential land development.
While the thrust of our investments are in and around the major metros of California, we also purchase riverfront, coastal and waterfront property. No purchase is too small or too large.
