Wholesale West Lending, Inc is looking to hire a Mortgage Loan Processor.

Wholesale West Lending, Inc. was established in 2006 with the mission to serve our clients with honesty, integrity, and trust.

As a Banker, we have 100% control of our files from start to finish, meanwhile offering very competitive rates, quick turn times, and a vast array of products.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Knowledge of mortgage loan processing procedures and regulations
• Experience with loan origination software
• Ability to work as a cohesive team with loan originators and underwriters, collecting documentation and communicating
• Ensure all deadlines are met in a timely manner
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
• Minimum of one year experience as a loan processor or related in the mortgage industry
• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills
*Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required
