It’s that time of the year when the County will mail out the Secured Annual Property Tax Bill.
Reminder- if you have an impound account the bank currently servicing your mortgage will also receive a copy and pay the installments for you. Please make sure to verify if you are unaware as Property Taxes are ultimately the homeowner’s responsibility.
