Look, I know you’re going to see LIAM all month long, and you probably don’t want to see another life insurance post. 😅

But this is worth knowing:

Nearly half of Americans say their family would struggle financially within 6 months if their primary income earner passed away.

That’s not just a statistic. That’s a family grieving while still trying to pay the mortgage, buy groceries, and keep life going.

None of us thinks it’ll be us.

Until it is.

So yes, I’m going to talk about life insurance this month. 💚 Not to scare you, but because the best time to prepare is before your family needs it.

Sometimes, the people who are always pouring into others need someone to pour into them. 🤍

We surprised a few of our key leaders with a one-day trip to step away from the work, reset, reconnect, and simply breathe.

Our coaches, Thai & Meecha, opened up their beautiful home and welcomed us with so much love, and a lavish lunch! 😍

But more than the food, Thai poured wisdom into us.

He reminded us that success is just a decision away. You become the right person for the opportunity when you decide you are—not when someone else, your circumstances, or your past decides it for you.

That reminder hit differently.

Leadership can be lonely. The people who are constantly encouraging, motivating, and pouring into their teams need to be refreshed, too.

So grateful for this day, for the leaders who came with us, and for coaches who remind us to keep going, keep growing, and keep believing.
