Wow… well, I must say that this past year has been a doozy between living in the chaos of a remodel and a bunch of other stuff going on … but somehow I still managed to pull off another great year of Real Estate and I’m honored to be recognized! So many changes this past year in the real estate industry as a whole, too! But luckily I am so fortunate to have loyal clients, and a great group of friends and family who refer, support & help keep me sane during the insanity! 😉 Thank you all and I am not too humble to say … keep the calls coming because I still desperately need the work! 🤪. OK… Let’s talk Curb Appeal! I have a lot of Sellers in this market coming to me with either a long punch list of items they believe they have to do to sell their home, or a non-existent list thinking the market is hot enough to not do anything. I always tell them, One thing remains constant… curb appeal, curb appeal, curb appeal! First impressions are everything. Forget all those other unnecessary items (consult with me on what those are) but definitely pay attention to the front! Even in a hot market, people might pass up a viewing of your house if it doesn’t draw them in.

So, follow these simple tips and call me for the rest!
