· 20% Shared Appreciation Down Payment Assistance (DPA) included
· DPA amount based on up to 20% of the lower of the sales price or appraised value
· DPA requires Equal Shared Appreciation when repaid (shared appreciation does varies by AMI)
· No monthly payment required for DPA
