UCP of Sacramento and Northern California empowers individuals with developmental disabilities and their families by providing programs and services that promote independence, opportunity, and a higher quality of life. Their impact reaches thousands throughout our region, helping build a more inclusive community for all.

Congratulations to this year's honoree, Anh Phoong, whose commitment to serving others reflects the spirit of the evening.
