Communication was prompt and we were never left hanging or unsure about what to do next. He set us up with an amazing agent as well that helped us filter through listings and were touring homes less than 24 hours after making contact. Phi walked us through the whole process and less than 3 weeks from initially applying we were approved had an offer accepted, closed funded and keys on hand to our new home. I wish I could leave a 10 star review because a 5 out of 5 doesn’t accurately represent our experience. I would recommend any of my friends and family to work with Phi for and home loan needs !

As a first time homebuyer, I had many questions regarding the home buying process and Phi was always able to get back to me in a timely manner. We discussed at length my budget and what I could reasonably afford. He took the time to run numbers on different properties I was interested in so I could get a feel for what my out-of-pocket and monthly mortgage would be. This was incredibly helpful when it came to putting in an offer on what is now my first home. I felt at ease, knowing that I would be able to afford my dream home without breaking the bank. Buying your first home can be incredibly stressful, but my experience working with Phi was quite the opposite! The entire time we’ve worked together has been stress-free. I would highly recommend Phi and his team. If you are a first time homebuyer getting started in the home buying process or if you were looking to refinance your current home loan, you won’t be disappointed in Phi’s professionalism and knowledge of the industry and current market trends.
