There's something people need to pay attention to - they just don't want to talk about it.

But a few simple documents could Save your family a lot of heartache and confusion:

Last Will & Testament: If a person passes away without a Will, the laws of each state designates how the estate will be distributed. This means the laws of the state could direct how to divide your estate without your input. Without a Will, the court could decide who is appropriate to be your children's guardian without your input. Can you even imagine that?
