Congratulations to Fresno’s newest homeowners. These clients came in to meet with me a month ago and are already moving in this weekend ❤️

They found the perfect house and walked in with $12,000 in equity, AND got $12,000 in seller credit to pay ALL of their closing costs. We opened escrow last Tuesday and they got their keys today! 10 days from open to close!

So happy for them and all of the new memories they will make in this home.

Another For Sale By Owner success story ❤️ Lupe was sent to me as a referral from a couple other families I have helped in the past. She had rented her home for 23 years and her landlord was ready to sell.

It took us a year to get her ready to buy, but we got it done and she was able to use a downpayment assistance program to help alleviate some of her cash to close fears.

Some files are easier than others, but the tears in her eyes made all of the time spent on her file so worth it! She said “the house just looks different to me now that I own it”.

I love getting messages from my clients on closing day. Just like all closings, this one was special.

Jessica reached out to me less than a month ago to see about getting approved to buy a home. I had helped her father purchase a couple of years ago and he had recently passed, so she reached out to ask if I could help her and her family as well.

They had been working with Cameron Rosso, who got them into contract within a couple of days and here they are with keys in their hands… less than 30 days after reaching out!

I’m so thankful she reached out to me, and I know her father would be so proud of her taking the steps to becoming a homeowner.
