This is one of the best articles I've read on the NAR lawsuit settlement and its impact to the real estate industry (and specifically to Realtor commissions). Thank you, Tanya Curry - Lyon Real Estate for sharing with me!

I'm not a Realtor but I will say this: it WAS ridiculous for buyers to expect their agent to provide hours of professional advice and insights, not to mention the hours of time searching and showing properties, without a contract agreement to pay that Realtor for their professional services.

Even an Uber driver gets an upfront, agreed upon price. Why not Realtors?

A quick ride confirmed that things are going to be just fine in real estate
