I’ve been in plenty of multiple offer situations over the past 18 years in Real Estate...but never seen THIS. I had 6 offers on this recent listing in the first weekend . . . one potential buyer wanted this house so much that they wrote into the contract that they would beat any appraised price by several thousand in CASH. We ended up selling for almost 10% over asking, putting EXTRA tens of thousands of dollars in my client's hands. PS -This home probably would’ve sold for $ 50,000 less if it were this time last year. Everyone is upgrading right now because of working from home, etc. This can’t go on forever, so if you’ve ever thought about cashing out, my advice is to do it soon. Got a crazy asking price in mind? Message me -- it might not be that crazy after all.
