Don't think for a second you can't be pre-approved. I love getting people excited for their buying potential and or helping so many to see a light at the end of the tunnel with a home purchase. 2015 is the bargain year for buying don't miss it!!!

I can't express enough the leverage buyers have right now. So do sellers but honestly, if you are undecided let me decide for you. Purchasing in 2015 before the Feds patience ends, and or the rates jump up could give you so much more house. Not sure about credit, we fix that too.
