Got the client an additional $18,000 on their cashout refinance....Same payment & costs as the competitor was offering.
-Client's loan was maxed at $325,000 due to DTI (debt to income) but didn't want to have higher closing costs
-I match the closing costs and lowered the client's rate. The lower rate allowed them to go higher with the loan amount.

Option 1: Lower their closing costs by $6,936
Option 2: Lower their rate and save them $173 per month.
**They went with option 2, we transferred in the already completed FHA appraisal and closed in 11 days.
