Join us in welcoming our new student intern at Gregg Phillips State Farm!! Bella Grace is a Ruston native, and we are so excited to have her as a part of our team!

Bella Grace loves fishing at Lake Claiborne with her family, riding horses, and spending time working at her church, First Baptist of Ruston. She also loves fashion and music, with the plan of one day going to med school.

Make sure to say “Hello” and get to know Bella Grace when you come by our office!

Memorial Day was created by Congress as a national holiday in 1971. The day was originally called Decoration Day as a day to decorate the graves of Civil War soldiers.
Since being renamed Memorial Day, the holiday has evolved as a day to remember and honor all who have served our great country and the sacrifices they made. Memorial Day is now a day to show our sincere gratitude to all men and women who died serving in the U.S. military at times of peace and times of war.
Join us this Memorial Day in remembering and thanking all who have faithfully served our country.

Congratulations to all the 2025 Graduates! We are so proud of the students' achievements as they move on to their next chapters.

This year, Caleb Phillips, the youngest son of Gregg Phillips, is graduating from LA Tech University with his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering! Caleb is graduating with many great achievements and recognitions from throughout his time at Tech. He is graduating with a 4.0 GPA and as a College of Engineering and Science Outstanding Senior. He is also a Mechanical Engineering Senior Design Winner, where his team was able to present their project to US Senator Bill Cassidy!

Caleb is an extraordinary student, but more importantly, he is passionate about his faith and loves the Lord with all his heart. He has served for several years at The Bridge Community Church as a University Leader in the college ministry, helped lead a small group, and discipled young men of the next generation. He will be greatly missed here in Ruston, but will do great things for the Lord's Kingdom in New Orleans.

Over the summer, Caleb plans to serve on a mission team for six weeks in Germany, and upon return, he plans to move to the New Orleans area. There, he will begin a career with Intralox. Intralox is a major manufacturing company specializing in plastic conveyor belts.

Congratulations, Caleb! We are so proud of you!!

Today as we celebrate Armed Forces Day we want to recognize Jon Robert Scheer, the son of our very own Stacy Graham. Jon Robert serves in the United States Army National Guard and he is currently deployed so join us as we pray for his safety and for his family!

Armed Forces Day is a day to recognize and honor the men and women who bravely serve and protect our country. Before, there were separate days to recognize each of the military branches, Army, Navy, Marine Corps, and Air Force, but Armed Forces Day became a U.S. federal holiday in 1949 to promote unity amongst the military branches.

Happy Teacher Appreciation Week!
We are so thankful to all of our teachers for constantly pouring into the next generations. Teachers wear so many hats, from instructor, mentor, encourager, and supporter. The dedication you show does not go unnoticed!

We are so thankful to have been able to partner with Lincoln Preparatory School this year and provide them with ice cream toppings for their teachers to enjoy today!
