EXCITING NEWS - the purchase deadline has been extended to December 29! Movement Purchase Advantage allows qualified buyers who purchase before 12/29/2023 to refinance without lender fees if rates drop any time before 12/31/24. The program provides borrowers approximately two years of rate flexibility, meaning they'll be able to choose the interest rate that makes sense for their particular financial situation at any time within the program period. This helps eliminate the fear of being stuck with a bad rate and may help convince people who are trying to wait out the market.

When you’re carrying around credit card debt, a personal loan and/or an auto loan, it can feel like no matter how hard you try to get ahead somehow…you’re just running in place. That’s because the higher your interest rate, the less your monthly payments go toward the amount you actually owe.

One way you can tackle high-interest debt is through debt consolidation with a cash-out refinance. With a cash-out refinance, you’d tap into your home’s equity by refinancing and cashing in on the increased value of your home (which could be a lot higher than you think).
