Today's wisdom Wednesday comes from Tatum! We've got lots of scripture to read today! 🤓⬇️
“Such is the confidence that we have through Christ toward God. Not that we are sufficient in ourselves to claim anything as coming from us, but our sufficiency is from God, who has made us sufficient to be ministers of a new covenant, not of the letter but of the Spirit. For the letter kills, but the Spirit gives life.” 2 Corinthians 3: 4-6
“I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.” John 16:33
“Because of the Lord’s great love we are not consumed, for his compassions never fail. They are new every morning; great is your faithfulness.” Lamentations 3:22-23
“Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about its own things. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble.” Matthew 6:34
"What a relief it is that we do not have to fully rely on ourselves! My flesh fails me daily, but our God is sufficient, provides peace, and loves us without fail. When you are having a rough day just remember that Christ renews us daily. If today’s troubles are bringing you down, we here at Lighthouse would love to pray for you! Keep your head up and Happy Wednesday!"
