Did you know a single honey bee can visit up to 5,000 flowers in one day? šŸšŸŒ¼
On National Honey Bee Day, we’re celebrating Justin and Randi Lowe. The Lowes are full‑time beekeepers who turned a small hobby into a thriving commercial operation. When it came time to grow, they chose Farm Credit because we’re here for every kind of agriculture, even the unique ones.

We’re proud to support the Lowes and every producer who keeps our food system buzzing.

Join us in welcoming Kara Haberkamp to the Farm Credit family! Kara recently joined our De Queen office as a financial relationship.

A native of Glenwood, Kara brings four years of banking experience, having previously served as a loan assistant. Growing up with a strong agricultural background, she was active in FFA and showed market hogs, helping develop her appreciation for agriculture and rural communities at an early age. A 2021 graduate of Kirby High School, Kara is excited to continue building her career while serving customers across southwest Arkansas.

Outside of work, Kara enjoys spending time with friends and family, running, and being outdoors. She is also the proud owner of two dachshunds, Cooper and Piper, who keep life entertaining at home. Welcome, Kara!

In honor of the 2026 Arkansas Cattlemen’s Convention this week, we’re throwing it back to 2022 when we put folks on the spot with the most debated cattle questions.
Weigh in on one question in the comments: ribeye or filet? šŸ„©šŸ‘‡

No matter your style, Farm Credit has financing options to fit your operation.

We’re in Fort Smith for the 2026 Arkansas Cattlemen's Convention & Trade Show!

If you’re here for the convention, be sure to stop by the Farm Credit booth in the trade show and say hello. We’re looking forward to two days of connecting with cattle producers, learning alongside our industry partners, and celebrating the hardworking people who keep Arkansas’s cattle industry strong.

We can’t wait to see you!
