As we reflect on our journey as an agency, it’s impossible not to recognize the lasting impact DJ has made over his 22-year career. A Montana native with a true Grizzly heart, DJ carries his roots with pride—and that same dedication shows up every day in the Fargo-Moorhead and Horace communities he serves.

DJ exemplifies what it means to be deeply rooted and genuinely invested. Through his passion for education, service, and leadership, he has empowered countless individuals and organizations, serving as a trusted voice and active contributor on numerous boards and committees.

As we begin a new year, we want to take a moment to honor the time, effort, and heart DJ has poured into every person and community he’s touched. His commitment to service goes far beyond the office—it’s a way of life.

DJ is actively involved with organizations including the YMCA, Chamber of Commerce, Realtors’ Association, Homebuilders’ Association, Emergency Food Pantry, Valley Christian Counseling, Athletes in Action, CRU, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, FM Powerlunch, Young Life, Horace Booster Club, and the Horace Lions Club.

An entrepreneur at heart, DJ understands business owners because he’s walked in their shoes—having ownership in several businesses and overseeing multiple rental properties. His experience, leadership, and community-first mindset continue to make a meaningful difference.
