🏡 UNDER CONTRACT 🏡 A veteran relocating to Texas was told by another lender he’d have to wait 6 months on a new job before he could even qualify for a mortgage.

He called me instead. We had him pre-approved within days!

His family had one specific area of Rockwall they wanted to call home, and their amazing realtor Tara Nadian found exactly that, then negotiated the seller covering ALL closing costs.

Every four years, Modern Woodmen members across the country elect delegates to gather for a National Convention. This representative form of government is part of what makes us unique as a fraternal financial services organization.

Our 45th National Convention will take place this month in Orlando, Florida.

What an awesome experience to attend the first of two recitals by the Delta Music Conservatory. Laura Hambrick, Director and Founder thought she might have 3-5 students interested in taking piano lessons. She now has 28. The students started in February and are already performing as musicians. My mom would be so proud to see the piano she gifted to me when I was a child being used to teach future musicians. Thank you Laura!
