🎉 FIRST TIME HOME BUYER CLOSED! SOLD CONGRATS!
TAKEOVER. That was the theme of this purchase. When I first met Ava and family, they were needing someone that was available to drive a wide radius, look at houses on nights and weekends, and show up to the showing when promised. Easy! When we sign an agreement with buyers, it is our duty to show them wherever they would like to look in the state of Nebraska. From a journey that started in Columbus, to David City, to York, we found the perfect home in after recommending widening our search to find what we were looking for! Then today we signed and closed fittingly in the city of ! 🎆 🎇 🇺🇸
We knew when this home came on the market, we needed to move fast as myself and the team of inspectors had never seen a 1914 home in this good of shape with all newer plumbing and electrical. Ava’s husband is serving our country far away, so I had a little extra motivation to win this house for my clients as I have a soft spot for our veterans. We were able to get the home UNDER appraised value, a seller paid home warranty, and multiple repairs done before closing!
